Voluntary Organisation Stalls
Marymass Festival Committee welcomes applications from voluntary organisations and charities to take stall space at events during the Marymass Festival 2016. Interested parties are advised to read carefully the
Terms and Condi
before submitting an application. Charges are applicable for stalls where fundraising is planned – there is no charge for information or display only stalls.
Stall spaces are available for Marymass Saturday, 20 August 2016, at Irvine Moor.
The deadline for completed applications is
close of business on Monday 27 June 2016
. No applications will be accepted after that date. All monies due must be paid before the event. Not all applications may be successful, as space is limited. The decision of the Marymass Festival Voluntary Stall Organiser is final.
